1.1 Password & Security- When you register to use the application you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services. 

1.2After placing an order- you will receive an online notification from us acknowledging that we have received your order, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The control between us (contract) will only be formed when you receive the products and/or services (as applicable).

1.3  In the case of products- The contract will relate only to those products which you receive. A contract for any other products which may have been part of your order will be formed when you receive those other products.

1.4 Rating and Reviews-By submitting any content to the app you agree that:

* You are the sole author of and are personally responsible for any content you submit (e.g. a written review) and you own any intellectual property rights that relate to it;

* All 'moral rights' that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you; and

* We may contact you at the e-mail address attached to your account to request a review or to notify you about the status of your review.

You agree that you won't submit anything that:

* is false, inaccurate, or misleading;

* you have been paid or rewarded for if such compensation influenced the content of your review in any way; 

* has been copied from anyone else, or infringes on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

* violates any law or is considered to be offensive e.g. threatening, libellous, or racially or religiously biased;

* includes references to other websites or any contact information (e.g. email addresses or phone numbers); or

* contains any computer viruses, worms, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

1.5  Security and Fraud - If we reasonably believe that any of the options of application is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject you as a customer and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection.

1.6  In the case of services- these will be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the particular services, which will be available on the app to which your service relates.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our system and data to ensure the best possible services to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such action to prosecute and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

We enable under the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Bill, 2019, and as such. Any information concerning the customer and their respective customer records may be passed to their parties. However, customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than (our manufacturer/ supplier(s) and ) if legally required to do to the appropriate authorities, Customers have the rights to request sight of, copies of any customer records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Customers are requested to retain copies of any literature issued concerning the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue customers with the appropriate information, records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefits of both parties.

3 .1 We will not sell share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
